• The main structure was calculated and comprehensively analyzed using the architecture-specific software SAP2000. • To ensure the strength of the main body, the key parts were tested through tensile tests and load tests. • Custom solutions are available based on conditions such as wind force, snow load, and seismic force according to the JIS C 8955:2011 standard. • The frame is made of aluminum alloy (6005-T5), and the screws are made of stainless steel (SUS304), providing greater strength. • The surface of the frame has a 7um anodized treatment and a 7um acrylic coating, offering good weather resistance. • The structure of the frame is simple, making on-site construction easy and allowing for cost savings in construction. • The frame is designed for high versatility, allowing for compatibility with various types of solar panel modules.
